My initiative or action is locked and I can't edit it

If your initiative appears to be locked and you can’t edit it, it will either be because your initiative is in a lock stage waiting for approval, or because you are not (or no longer) the owner (or Wave editor) for the initiative.

  • If your initiative is in a lock stage waiting for approval, you can check the approval status from the history tab in your initiative card and identify pending approvals. If you would like to force your initiative out of the lock stage (i.e., back to the previous stage to allow editing), please contact your company Wave representative.

  • If you are no longer the owner of the initiative and believe you should be, please contact your company Wave representative.
