Access Wave on Safari

While Wave is optimized for Internet Explorer, Mac users may gain access as long as the right plug-ins have been installed on your Safari browser.

Note: Browser or operating system updates can often affect plug-ins (such as Silverlight or Adobe Flash). If you have recently updated Safari, you may need to confirm with your company's IT team that you can install and re-enable the latest version of Silverlight.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Open Safari's Preferences from the menu bar

2. Select the Security category, then Plug-in Settings

3. Select the plug-in from the list on the left, then in the right pane choose 'On' for the site where that plug-in needs activated. In the case of Wave, please note that Silverlight will have to be enabled for

4. Click Done and close the Preferences window.

If you still have questions, reach out to your company's Wave administrator or submit a Wave Support form
