The quality of your internet connection or the size of data you are entitled to see may lead to Wave freezing during login.
If the loading bar freezes at 19%:
You may be experiencing a temporary and/or intermittent internet access problem. Please retry in few minutes and if the problem persists, please contact your company Wave representative to check for a possible service interruption (e.g., planned maintenance, or unexpected temporary failure). If that is indeed the case, we apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that we are working to restore service as soon as possible.
If the loading bar freezes at 64%:
You may have extended visibility on a large dataset and/or you may be accessing Wave with a relatively slow internet connection. In such cases, login may take a few minutes to complete (e.g., 2 minutes is commonly observed at our largest clients with large datasets). If the problem persists, please submit a Wave Support form sharing your location and, if possible, the speed of your internet connection and approximate time of your login attempt.
