I forgot my username

If you do not remember your Username or can’t find it in your mailbox (by searching for emails from “Wave" or "support@mckinsey.com”), or your account is locked for security reasons (e.g., after five incorrect login attempts, or after 6 months of inactivity), please submit a Wave Support form requesting access. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your new credentials in your company mailbox within 2 business days of posting your request.

NOTE: In most cases, your username will be Firstname.Lastname, e.g. John.Smith
