If you still remember your username (or can find it in your mailbox by searching for emails from “Wave" or "firstname.lastname@example.org”), and your account is not locked (e.g., because you entered a wrong password five times), please follow this simple and fast process to request a new password:
From the Wave home page, click on “Trouble logging in?”
From the Password Recover page, enter your Username or email address and click on “Submit”
If your Username is correct and your account was not locked, you will receive an automated email containing your new password.
If you do not remember your Username, can’t find it in your mailbox, or your account is locked for security reasons (e.g., after five incorrect login attempts, or after 6 months of inactivity), please submit a Wave Support form requesting access. Once your request is completed, you will receive two emails from “Wave" or "email@example.com”: one containing your username and another one containing a link to reset your password. Please also check your spam folder in case you do not receive your new credentials in your company mailbox within 1 business day of submitting your request.
