  • Use VPN if outside of the office

System Availability

  • >99% uptime
  • We plan maintenance and upgrades during weekend or non-critical business hours
  • On rare occasions, as with any software solution, we may face unexpected downtime

  • Downtime: support teams are available 24/7
  • Access and other issues: teams are available 24/5 and resolve most issues within 1 business day
  • Your organization has a single point of contact for all Wave-related questions
  • Wave will provide initial user training and there is often custom documentation in your Shared Documents section
